My time-proven marketing plan makes use of both traditional and newer marketing methods and strategies. Once we sign into a contract, your property is entered into the Multiple Listing Service’s (MLS) database where your property listing can be accessed online by other agents. I also prepare professional direct mail pieces to potential buyers around Vancouver, and regularly publish ads through newspapers and other media. On top of the traditional marketing strategies, your property will also be listed online on my website for 24/7 access to all interested parties.


However, putting up an advert and hoping for the best is not enough to get a great price in a short amount of time. This is where my experience and skills can be of great benefit to you. 


Marketing material and advertising aside, the listing price of your property plays a very important role in a sale. If you set the price too high, matching offers will be hard to come by and your property could be on the market for a while. If you set the price on the lower end, you may be able to sell quickly, but you may be selling yourself short. Therefore, it is important that and sensible and calculated price is set for your property.


To help you determine a good price for your property, I can provide you with a Comprehensive Market Analysis (CMA), where I will be comparing past and current sale prices of neighboring properties, and properties similar to yours.
